Firstly congratulations for this rank . You have done a good performance but if we talk about Jamia Milia Islamia then it is might be difficult due to muslim quota which is pretty much high there . You can try there . But i will recommend you to try some state government colleges and Nit's .

The paper is conducting in Hindi English and Urdu, so yes paper will be im hindi also. Also basic education qualification is need 50% in your diploma or 12th. Applicatiom fee is 700 and paper consists 100 questions. Also last date to submit offline applicatoon is 28/10/2020.

I would like to inform you that, Jamia Millia Islamia is a Central University and has been given the status of Deemed University in the year 1962. NEET score is not accepted there as long as BPT course is concerned. This university conducts its own entrance examination for taking admissions into BPT.

Regarding your question about the difficulty level for B.P.T entrance exam for Jamia Milia Islamia, it cannot predicted exactly. It varies from year to the other. Generally if a student is well versed with the syllabus and the course lessons, and has good preparation will find the quite easy to clear, now for another student if he/she does not have a good preparation will find it difficult. It depends, but if you study systematically and well you can surely clear the entrance exam.

NIT Hamirpur is better than jamia millia islamia. The Average salary offer in Nit hamirpur is around 6.50 lpa  while average salary offer in jamia millia is 4.80 lpa . This is only difference because almost all thing including infrastructure,  facilities,  faculty.. seems apparently same.

Fees of Nit Hamirpur is more and almost double than jamia millia islamia.  And eligibility criteria in nit hamirpur is it required  75% in 12th  for general while it is 50%in jamia . If you are eligible than you can go for nit hamirpur.
