For Jamia milia islamia college, you have to first separately fill a form giving them your JEE scores details. Regarding it's cutoff, it changes every year and ranges from 3k to 5k depending upon your 12th percentage and other related information.

Hi sooraj . I m sorry to inform you that with this rank its not possible for you to get seat into jamia millia institute as it is one of the most reputed institution in delhi so its cutoff is higher as compared to any other institutions and as per the last year records the lowest cutoff so far is around 3000 for the architecture studemt and only muslim candidate are given some prioprity for seats as they have quota there so their cutoff goes low to 5000 but not less than that . yes you can change your stream in jamia but the there is not as such formal procedure or online application form .after the completion of your first year you can visit the administration and ask for stream change . they will provide you the application form and guide you further . however you must complete the eligibility criteria .you should need to have good marks in your first year as the seats will be very limited.
