BSc. (Hons.) Physics is 3 year undergraduate course that has specialisations in the subject like acoustical physics, astrophysics, astronomy, biophysics, fluid physics, etc. After the completion of this course, the candidates have a wide range of job opportunities in the employment areas like Power generating companies, pyrotechnics manufacturing, research and development firms, technical journals, Indian civil services, etc. There also available various job types like a professor, radiation oncologist, consulting physicist, etc.
The eligible candidates possess a minimum of 50% of score in their 10+2 or equivalent examinations in the science stream from a recognised board. The results of the high school examinations are taken into consideration during the admission process. Some institutes also conduct their own entrance examinations for admission to the course. The average course fee charged for this course is between INR 90,000 – 3 Lacs for the span of 3 years. It also opens the doors to many research options.

JMI 2020 Entrance Examination forms the basis of admission for the aspirants of BA LLB, BBA, BA. Hons English, BA. Hons Economics, B.Com Hons, B.Sc, B.Sc Biotechnology, B.Sc Hons. Physics, B.Sc Hons. Chemistry and B.Sc Hons.Mathematics. Candidates willing to apply for these courses could register themselves with the entrance test portal on the JMI website and fill up the application form. The JMI 2020 Entrance Examination will be conducted in as many as seven cities of India that will be mentioned once the admit cards are out. As you are trying to take admission in Jamia Millia Islamia university, you have to face serious competition for getting your hands on their limited seats. For taking admission into a BA course, you have to get a good score in JMI entrance test. After clearing the test cut off, you have to pass the interview round where you will face even tougher competition and cracking it will not be easy.
If you are willing to take admission, try to improve your basics first so that you can clear the JMI entrance test and then work on your interpersonal skills for interview round to conquer a seat in this university.
Submission of application form for UG courses will be online only. This university has reservations too for Muslim Minority, J&K and Kashmir Migrants.

From this year the pattern of JEE mains exam has changed. earlier there used to be niti questions but now there will be 75 questions 25 questions from each section of physics chemistry and mathematics. therefore the overall total marks which area used with 360 now comes down to 300 marks. scoring 90 marks out of 360 and out of 300 is a different thing and therefore the cutoffs are also going to be changed marks wise.
However if you belong to a reserved category that you can expect admission in Jamia in some lower branch with 90 marks.

If you consider last year trends then you can easily get CSE in Jamia with 150+ marks. Last year various students got CSE with 142 marks too.
