Dear Aspirant, hope you are doing fine.
Surely, you can make your career in Japan if you are well aware of the Japanese Language. You will have to clear all the five levels that make a good impression on people in Japan. JLPT conducts these exams every year & you have to clear N5, then N4, N3, N2 & N1. The difficulty in each level goes on increasing as you pass each level. If you leave a good impression of yourself in N2 level, you can get jobs in Japan. Whereas if you are a IT professional, even a N3 level passing will work for you.
Japanese people value their culture highly & they expect people to learn Japanese if they are visiting their country to warn income.

As far as it is known to me, you can earn heavily if one is well versed with N1. You can get job offers even if you are N3 in the range of 4L onwards. If one is a IT professional & is aware of the language till N3 level, he/she can surely earn upwards of 4-5L. I will suggest you to get in touch with Japanese teaching institutes in India & around your area to get an estimate of the earning capacity available in Japan if one learns the language completely.
