mera jee main 2020 clear hain. kya main 2021 josaa college counseling main participate kar sakta hoon?

sheemaashraf123 10th Dec, 2021
It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category

If you manage to qualify JEE Main Cutoff, You would be eligible for JEE Advance which is the intake exam for IITs as mentioned above.

However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced

But the previous cut offs of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly

For the college preferences and the courses provided by these colleges and to know which colleges participate in the JOSAA counselling, please go to the below mentioned link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/josaa-participating-institutes/amp

Firstly you have to choose the one programming language.

then you can learn basics of that programming language.

you can see the small programs and try to understand the concepts behind that program then you can do that program by yourself without cheating, and don't try to learn program only understand the concepts.

Then try to debug the program, solve the error .

And try to to do more and more practices with different different approaches. You can also help from youtube r some website to understand the concept.

You can learn real life applications and try to make small small program first and you learn basics and understand the concept then you go with the difficult program, You can do practice daily . You can do practice on some websites that help you to learn basis to competitive programming. These websites are Hackerrank, Leetcode, Hackerearth etc. These websites are for practice.  Don't go direct with these webesites first learn basis. You can learn from different resources. And then most important thing to learn programming is Daily practice. Programming needs daily pravtice.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 17th Mar, 2021

Hi

This year those who had qualified JEE main 2020 but couldn't appear in JEE advanced 2020 because they had got covid positive  are eligible for directly appearing in JEE advanced 2021 examination without appearing in JEE mains 2021 as per the page number 23  of Information Bulletin released for jee 2021.

But if you are someone who had appeared in jee advanced 2020 or had missed it for any reason other than being covid positive then you'll have to qualify JEE main 2021 examination again in order to be eligible for JEE advanced 2020. In that case,to help you further,

ayanmukherjee045 4th Mar, 2021

Dear aspirant,

It is tough to predict the exact branch in that particular nit as these things depends on many factors and these are subject to change as per the cut offs. But yes you can expect a good nit and also non core branches like Electronics and computer science and nits like MNIT jaipur,NIT jalandhar , NIT Rourkela, NIT Calicut and may be lower branches in top 3 NITs

Subhrajit Mukherjee 27th Mar, 2021

The criteria for appearing in JEE ADVANCED 2021 is JEE MAINS 2021. So you have to mandatorily give the examination of JEE MAINS and have to qualify the cut off in order to appear for JEE ADVANCED & If you qualify JEE ADVANCED then you will be able to get a seat in IIT's.
