JEE Main 2020
Hello Aspirant,
Your percentile is very low and you are also from outside the Delhi region so according to the previous year trend and based on previous year college opening and closing rank data it is very very difficult to get seat in DTU. But at this percentile you can go for state counselling or gfti's here you can get seat.
To predict the college based on your percentile you can go through the given link:-

We all know that withoutofficially released JEE MAIN cut-off marks of this year for all top instituions in India by NTA (National Testing Agency) , we can't make any accurate statement about the precise cut-off marks of any NIT, IIIT or GFTI. So we have to go for the previous year's cut-off details in this regard.
Hence as per our assumption and previous year's details I would like to inform you that this since you're a reserved (EWS) candidate, with this performance in JEE MAIN 2020 you've definite probability to get admission in your desirable strams (i.e. CSE, ECE , IT) of several top and renowned NITs like NIT Agartala, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Durgapur, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Manipur, NIT Mizoram, NIT Andhra Pradesh etc , esteemed IIITs like IIIT Kottayam, IIIT Andhra Pradesh, IIIT Lucknow, IIIT Nashik etc and eminent GFTIs like Assam University, Silchar, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar etc through 15% AIQ.

According to the approximations you may get above 90 percentile in JEE september .if the percentile is as expected you may get admission into NIT Jamshedpur ,IIIt Ranchi based on home state quota and if you wish to move to other states many nits and iiits you can get into.
Hi Aspirant!
Sorry to say but BIT SINDRI is taking admission through JEE MAINs just from the last year before that there is another exam called JECEB through which they took admission.Hence there is not much data with which we can predict your chances of getting into BIT Sindri through JEE Main so you better wait for the process to happen and also try for other options.

HAPPY HUSTLING!
Congratulations on your JEE Rank.According to previous year cutoffs and trends you can easily get admission into both NSUT and DTU and in Computer Engineering ( COE ). Computer Science and Engineering (with specialisation in. Artificial lntelligence) ( CSAI ) as your General rank 4425 is in the range of previous year cutoffs of NSUT and DTU.
For more information about cutoffs you can follow up this career360's article:

Hi aspirant,
You have obtained a CRL rank of 48,735 and your corresponding OBC category rank is 12,922. With such rank ut is very difficult for you to get admission in MNIT Jaipur in any branch of engineering. The last year seventh round maximum closing rank of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering was 11486 and yours is 12,922. So you are close to this but still couldn't get it according to previous year cutoff. Bu as we know the cutoff changes every year and so let us hope for the best.
However, you can use the JEE Main college predictor tool to predict your other college and branch options based on this rank by clicking on the following link: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope it helps you.
As cut-offs for this year has not released yet so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately but however based on previous year's cut-off you can get an idea about qualifying percentile for JEE-Advance.
So, cut-off percentile for last year for General category was 89.755, for OBC-NCL was 74.316, for Gen-EWS was 78.218, for SC was 54.011, for ST was 44.334 and for PwD it was 0.1138.
So based on previous year's data you have chances to qualify for JEE-Advance but as cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors so it is little bit hard to predict at present.

I hope this information helps you.
