According to your question and taking into consideration your rank in jee mains and also considering you as a general candidate.
If you are from Jharkhand you can try for bit mesra . You can easily get chemical or mechanical also if you wait till csab.
Actually it depends on your state in which you are staying. If you have cleared the home state cut off for your home state nit and also if it is a decent college then you can go for that but if not then,

Your jee mains marks is valid only for your current year, in which you have given jee mains exam.
In simple words, if you have given jee mains in 2020, then your jee mains 2020 rank is valid for year 2020. Your jee mains 2020 rank is of no use in 2021.
So, for getting admission in colleges in next year, you have to again give jee mains 2021.
And for getting admission this year, you can get in colleges by using your jee mains 2020 ranks.
So, overall conclusion is - your jee mains rank is one time only and is only valid for that particular year, in which you have given jee mains.
So, with 81.81 percentile score you cannot take admission in any nits in 2021. You can use this score only this year.

Cut off changes every year and depends upon several factors like number of students appeared for the exam, number of seats available, difficulty level of questions, previous years cut off trends,etc.

cuttoff jee main 2020 and advanced

The cut off for jee main 2020 for general category is 90.3. And for obc it is 72.8. You can predict Jee Main rank , through the below link

For Jee Advanced, the min marks in general category is 69 and in obc it is 62.
my jee main 2020 b.arch sc rank is 2300 and b.plan is 774.can i get colleges in csab.my crl is 12118 in b.plan and b.arch is 33822.
As you have secured 12118 crl rank in b.plan and 33822 crl rank from sc category, in b.arch jee mains paper 2 then there is no chance that you can get any nits or gftis in whole josaa round counselling.
But there is a chance that you can get planning and architecture courses in gftis.
Because still in csab special round counselling, you will not get any nits.
Now as per seeing your b.plan, b.arch crl ranks from sc category and the previous years cutoff trends for csab special round counseling, you can get following gftis :-
School of Planning & Architecture, Bhopal - planning
School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi - planning ( in csab round 2 counselling, but still the chances are hard because the highest cutoff closing rank for planning was - 15965)
School of Planning & Architecture, Vijayawada - planning
So, as per seeing last year cutoffs, you can get only spa with planning course in csab special round counseling.

I would like to say that the with this rank it is next to impossible to admission in top 15-20 nits but if your home state nit is srinagar, Meghalaya,Mizoram then you have a good chance for civil engineering.
