can i got admission with jee main 2022 certificate in 2023

Hello Rohit,
No there are no certificates like category certificate in OBC , EWS or SC/ST that provides more than 1 year validity. So, you cannot apply for jee mains with the certificate that you have applied in the previous year.
You need to make fresh certificate in the current year which has a validity of one year and which is according to the format in the jee mains official website.

in jee main 2022 i got air 366962 and my sc rank is 26914which college i will be allowed in odisha

Where are a lot of engineering colleges in Odisha who is accepts JEE main marks. But sorry to say you all though you have a special category of SC your AC rank is also quite high and with this rank you make cannot get any Government engineering colleges. Maybe you can get few private colleges through counselling but you also can grab top colleges by management quota. Here I am providing some list of engineering colleges you make and get a chance
