Dear aspirant,
As far as my knowledge and prediction is concerned let me tell you that for decent nits like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut and also lower nits like mizoram, meghalaya, arunachal pradesh, you need a minimum percentile of 96 for decent nits and 94 in lower nits to get the core branches.
However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

This is because,

Hope you are doing well
No, not really. But if you are an NRI you definitely get some or the other benifits if you apply from the nri category. However there are a lot of private colleges that offer benefits for admission if the parents of the child are working in abroad.
For more information visit the link given below

As you have mentioned you have uploaded your cast certificate from state government so let me tell you that you need not worry about this thing .
Just keep in mind one thing that it should be as per the format that is mentioned in the brochure. Atleast the main body of the format should be same.
If you are clearing this criteria then you won't be having any difficulty in verification.
