The Application Form will be available online 2 months before your exam session month. Like for February 2021 Exam, the Application starts from December 2021. For May 2021 Exam, the Application starts by February 2021. The Result will be declared by the last week of those respective exam months. The Counselling Process will start on June or July 2021.

Their is no official notification from the officials yet, but going by previous year you can expect it to be released in first week of December. It could also be delayed as the councelling for 2020,is still going on.

The registration process will be started soon for the January attempt and for April attempt, it would be released in the month of February 2021. I don't think it will create a huge problem if both the addresses belong to same state. As you have enough supporting document such as Aadhar card and Birth Certificate, you won't face a huge problem I guess. Make sure to mention the correct address during JoSAA application form fill up. Don't worry, it's a mere issue and the authority will handle it with care. Good luck.

Yes you can change the category. As you mentioned that you have the certificate of EWS category, you can use it as a supportive document while taking admission through JEE Advanced. You need to be careful of filling the application form of JEE Advanced. Make sure you select the EWS category while applying. Best of luck.

Hello dear student,

If you have not applied for the EWS category during the filming of form now you will be considered into general category candidate. Even the correction window was open till July 15,  2020 for the students who wanted to make changes in the application form.  I am sorry to tell you but now nothing can be done you will be considered in general category even though you have the EWS certificate.
