Hello,

JEE Main 2020 cut off is not yet declared, it will be announced after JEE July session. In 2019 the cut off was as follows

General:89.75
EWS: 78.21
OBC-NCL: 74.31
SC: 54.01
ST: 44.33
PWD: 0.113

In 202 the cut may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc. You need to score 85 or above percentile to have decent chances of qualifying in JEE Main,
