Hello Aspirant,
See there is no need to worry if you don't have additional subjects like Physical education, CS, or any other in your class 12th curriculum but for admission to NITs/IIITs/GFTIs through JEE-Main you should mandatorily have Physics and Mathematics along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject id it is through paper 1 for B.Tech/BE but if it is through Paper 2 for B.Arch then you should have passed with all the three compulsory subjects Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and for B.Plan. you should have passed qualifying examination with Mathematics

Some insights of JEE-Main 2021 :-
> To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria and also if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should pass in your class 12th. Because as per the latest announcement made by our Hon'ble Education minister Mr.Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank, the 75% criteria has been removed for upcoming year 2021-22.
> Also from this year according to New Education Policy the JEE-Main examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and other regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Odia and Malayalam.

If you don't give the JEE mains examination also you can admission in BTech colleges. Some colleges have their own entrance examination for BTech and check the 12th marks. So you can admission those colleges. Otherwise you can give state entrance examination. You didn't mention your state name so i can't suggest you which entrance examination for your state. But I'll give you some examples for some state entrance examination like WBJEE for West Bengal State, GUJECT for Gujrat state, MHTCET for Maharashtra state etc.
All the best.
Hi.
Your question is unclear but I will try to answer as much as I can.
So, a bio student can give JEE Mains only when the student has Maths as an additional subject and appears in its board examination and secures good marks (such that total percentage of PCM is higher than or equal to 75%(GEN) or 65%(SC/ST))
Yes UPTU is cancelled now the colleges that previously took admission through UPTU, will be considering JEE Mains score now.
Good Luck
To be honest, this does not matter whether you upload your caste certificate of either state or center instead the caste certificate which you will upload should be of the similar format as available on the official website of JOSAA :-
https://josaa.nic.in/webinfo/File/GetFile?FileId=12&LangId=P
So if the certificate which you have uploaded in the application form of JEE-Main 2021 is similar to that of present in the above link then it is eligible and valid for JEE-Main as well as JEE-Advance 2021.
As per the previous year, this year also 75% relaxation is provided but only for admission to IITs not for NITs/IIITs/CFTIs. Which means the candidate should have passed all the subjects of class 12th for which he/she is appearing and if he/she is unable to secure 75% then also he/she will be eligible for JEE-Advance 2021 and for admission to IITs.
For complete details about JEE-Advance 2021 eligibility criteria kindly check out the link given below :-

> To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria but yes if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should score a minimum aggregate of 75% in your class 12th if you belongs to General/Unreserved category and 65% if you belongs to any of the reserved category.
