So on such rank and category you have good chances to get the enlisted NITs for Architecture course :-
NIT Hamirpur

With 94 Percentile in JEE Main Paper 2, being from EWS, you may have fair chances in securing a seat at some of the NITs, SPA as well as Top Architecture Colleges accepting JEE Main Paper 2 Score. I believe with 94 Percentile, you CRL in Paper 2, will be anywhere around 5k and a Corresponding EWS Rank.

I don't think with the percentile of 89.89 you would be able to grab any seat in nit even if i consider your obc category rank. So I would recommend you to keep in hand other colleges in option to be on a safer side.
