As we go through the latest cut-off of JEE-Main 2020 of JOSAA 6th round then it shows if the candidates is having his/her rank under 1000 can some average NITs for Architecture but if you want top NITs like NIT Trichy then you should aim for under 600 as last year the closing rank for NIT Trichy was 615 for Architecture branch in NIT Trichy under Home state quota for Open category or General category. Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General or Open category and your Home state as Tamil Nadu as well as assuming NIT Trichy to be your target.
As we go through the latest cut-off of 2020 then it shows that the closing rank for NIT Trichy was 615 for B.Arch in NIT Trichy under Home state quota for Open category or General category. Now to secure such rank you should have your JEE-Main 2021 paper 2 score at least 350-360 marks out of 400.

Considering the percentile that you have score it is estimated that your overall rank will be around 340. You have not mentioned your category. It will be helpful for us if you let us know your category as the cut off vary for each category. For now we assume that you belong to general category. The cut off in 2020 for JoSAA round 6 was as follows for genera-other state category for admission in to B.Arch
Looking at the cut off you have decent chances of getting seat in SPA Bhopal and SPA, Vijayawada. Cut off may increase or decrease every year depending on total number of candidates appeared for the paper 2A, difficulty level of examination, total number of seats available etc. For the same reason you have seen that the cut off was slightly low in the year 2020 compared to 2019.

Your overall expected rank will be around 1600 and your category rank is expected to be in between 300-500. The cut off in 2020 JoSAA round 6 for admission in to National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli for OBC-NCL female category for admission in to Architecture was 339 under home state category and under other state category the cut off rank was 251. Based on the information available in your profile we consider that you belong to Tamil Nadu so by considering the cut off under home state category you have decent chances to get seat in NIT, Trichy in B.Arch. Yes of course it will be considered. See the case you have mentioned that if you have applied for B.Arch as well as B.planning and only appear for paper 2A which is for B.Arch then your application fee won't be refunded for paper 2B but your result will be considered for B.Arch admissions.
Exam pattern for JEE-Main 2021 for Paper 2 is described below :-
Paper 2 :-
In JEE-Main 2021, paper 2 there will be total 82 question out of which you have to attempt only 77 questions for 100 marks (20 questions from Mathematics section will be of MCQs and 5 questions will have answers to be filled as a numerical value out of 10. There will be no negative marking for numerical value answers) . Second part will be for Aptitude section which will consists of 50 compulsory questions for 200 marks and in Part third there will be two questions for Drawing test comprises of 100 marks. So in total paper will be of 400 marks.

A general category candidate need to secure rank under 1500-2000 in JEE Main in order to get a chance for seat in NITs. So, general category candidates need to score around 250 marks. Since, your score is 270, so your rank will be around 1000 and you have a high chance to secure your seat in NITs. As per you score you can have a chance in NIT Raipur, Patna, Rourkela, Bhopal and many other NITs.

JEE main paper 2 marks 270 is off 90 percentile at least. In this marks according to previous years cutoff 89.75percentile for general candidate, it is assuming that you can get NIT tiruchirappalli/NIT Jamshedpur/NIT Uttrakhand in the second round of counselling.
