Hello Aspirant, hope you are doing good.
Congratulations for your rank , I'm sure you gave your best. Now, coming to your question, it's not really possible for you to get into NITs or GFTIs, belonging to general category( I'm assuming you are from general category because you haven't specified any category). Usually, to get into NITs or GFTIs from general category, you have to have a rank between 10k, so i don't think you have much chances.

To get an admission through mains paper 2 for B.Arch is no where related to the qualifying marks of paper 1.
Both paper 1 and paper 2 are no where related. Its not compulsory that one must qualify both the exams to join either in btech or b.arch through mains.
Also,
As this is observed before appearing in Architecture Aptitude Test, the candidates need to qualify JEE Advanced 2020. Here is the eligibility criteria for JEE Advanced 2020.
The candidates must have qualified JEE Main 2020. (The candidates must be among 2,50,000 successful candidates).
The candidates must be Indian national.
Also, the candidates must have been born on or after October 01, 1995.
The candidates must have appeared in class 12th examination.
Hope this helps.
All the best

Hello Sir,
I am sorry to say that based on previous years' trend and cut-off, it would be difficult for your daughter to get admission to NITs/SPAs or any government universities.
I will suggest you ask her to go for counseling and wait until the spot rounds.
