Hello,
Considering 2019 cut off it is difficult to get seat in NITs in B.Arch. Based on previous year cut off in round 7 you may have chances of getting seat in Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur in B.Arch the cut off for EWS category was 2689. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of seats, difficulty of exam, number of candidates qualified etc.

You might be able to get into some NITs like NIT Hamirpur if you have some reservation quota. Otherwise, you can look into other colleges that offer admission through jee paper 2 rank like SRM college and Punjab University. It is quite difficult for you to get Engineering streams with JEE Main paper 1 rank. However your performance is good in paper 2.
