Admission to B.Arch is done based on merit in JEE Main Paper 2. You cannot get admission in Petroleum Engineering based on JEE main Paper 2 score. see since exam is already over there is no solution to worry for the marks now, you would get the score as per your performance. now the percentile score is based on the overall performance of students in any of the shift. however cutoff score and closing rank changes every year and depends on certain factors like  number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc.
