You need to fill the Jee application form with improvement marks sheet if the marks sheet is not yet released by the examination board then you need to fill the form as appearing candidates for Jee mains exam. It is not necessary that you need to get 75% marks in your 12th standard. But remember a point that you need to have 75% marks in your intermediate if you are willing to attempt Jee Advance exam.

No, JEE Mains will not accept Category Certificates from State. Such certificates are only used in State counselling. For JEE Mains, you need a central category certificate.

I dont have identical photo of jee main registration photo for jossa councilling is there any problem with it

In Josaa counselling at the time of reporting, document verification they're not asking you to keep exactly the same photo that you've in your jee main registration form , but you shouldn't change your appearance in the photo that you have recently.
They ask for the photo in which you look similar (same appearance ) as in your previous photo in JEE main registration as it'll be easy for them to match.

Answer is Yes . It is necessary to upload EWS certificate after seat confirmation in colleges which come under Josaa counselling . Also validity of EWS certificate is 1 year . Also if you are applying in state specific counselling then it will be required at that time of document verification .
