The answer will be YES, you can totally grab the concepts of class 12th organic chemistry if your basics in organic chemistry are clear. Do what you dream! The decision rest on you because you have decide whether you want to prepare for jee advanced solely or have a college seat. If you have target of IIT B CSE then you should try to achieve it.

Now coming to question is it achievable in 9 months or not?

Surely, it can be if worked hard with consistency and patience. Regular learning theory, practicing question, giving and reviewing test will help a lot to improve. Solve Previous years question for better understanding of exam in last 1-2 months.

If you want to go for the course of Architecture, then you have to appear for the JEE MAINS paper 2. Now the JEE MAINS paper-2 isn't actually the same as that of the JEE MAINS paper-1 for Engineering.

The JEE MAINS paper-2 is divided in three sections. The part-1 consist of Mathematics, Part-2 consist of General Aptitude and the part-3 consist of Drawing. So as you can see only the Mathematics section matches with the paper-1.
