No dear, there are vast number of students who pursue their higher studies after one or two years gap after 10+2. This happens may be because of the preparations taken for any certain exam or due to the dilemma of choosing the correct stream after 10+2. TGT  shuld  hve    Bhelrs  Degree  r  equivlent  frm    regnized  University  with  50%  mrks  r  bve  in  ggregte  nd  in  the  nerned  subjet  fr  reruitment  nd  B.Ed.  r  equivlent  qulifitin  frm    regnized  University.

But if you want to have a good clinical exposure or if you want to be a doctor in the government medical hospitals then going for BDS will be better. See for medical purpose there are more infrastructure for the Allopaethic medicine compared to any of the other course.
