Hello dear !
Yeah B.Sc Or BA in psychology are having a great scope ..when it comes to deciding either masters or job , you have to realize about the job prospects and its scope
As Per many psychologists, they suggest to complete studies in psychology by doing masters ,if you really wish to make a career out of psychology .Your bachelor degree will just give you the foundation ,it is just the stepping stone for one to become a psychologist .so you need to have a minimum master's degree .
Moreover if your earning a master's degree , you will indeed have a great knowledge in the subject which would offer more job roles relatively.
Especially when it comes to a subject which involves about human behaviour you must be a expert in it.
Again it all depends on your interest ,yes after b.sc or ba in psychology you may get a good job roles with decent salary packages it again depends on the institute you graduate from but as compared a masters one would give a reputed jobs .
Also if your willing to be a academician or researcher you need a masters degree.

Irrespective of the state, if you wish to get into a more job oriented UG and you want a job just after your graduation then I would suggest you to go for BTech Food Technology because BTech Food technology is more industrially applicable and after a successful completion of the course you can work in industries etc. But if you go for BSc Food technology, then just after BSc its hard for you to get a job. You will need to do a MSc in order to get a job. As BSc is a more research oriented course I would suggest if you are interested in research then it will be better to go for it else you should go for BTech.
Now if you see the fees of BTech is a bit high compared to a BSc course but let me assure that the job prospect is more compared to that of BSc. So if you wish to go for a course in food technology then BTech will be the best from the job point view.

See if you are wiling to go for engineering or such professional fields in Diploma course and after completion of the course you can admission in UG studies. If you go in this progression then yeah! you are eligible for a government job as well. Now if you want to study UG without 12 or Diploma then its not possible as the basic eligibility is that the student must have 10+2 passed or have a diploma (this lateral entry isn't applicable for all courses).

Hi aspirant,
There are no problems if you don't want to pursue your career in bioinformatics, under the mentioned program you will be taught all the subjects that are taught to a core CSE student. So at the time of placements where hundreds of tech companies visit here, you can sit with others for joint placements. Further more you can select which subjects you want to study in elective part remember core students too have to select some specializations as electives from second semester. But you can't drop bioinformatics as a subject unless you successfully migrate from one course to other.
Program migration is also a remarkable feature at Vellore Institute of technology, where you can change your branch by doing very well at the ends of first and second semester respectively. The number of migrants allowed is about the 10-20 percent of the total strength in a particular course.
Hope it helps!!
Honestly speaking, your job and salary after CSE depends on you more than the college in which you study. Every college gives good education when it comes to CSE Branch, and almost all the colleges has a good placement for CSE Branch.
The reason why I mentioned that it depends on you more is that, you have to gain and expertise the relevant skills according to your specific interest. In colleges, you will be taught general topics that are common to all. You need to expertise and practice them at your own level.
College can teach you, train you for the interview, but it is you who will give the interview and get the job. Although best colleges means best companies but you can also apply for these companies by off-campus placements or referrals, if you are from an average college and dream to go for the big tech-giants.
Students from both best and average colleges have cracked big companies like Google, Microsoft, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
