ITM University Raipur's placement procedure for the students is as follows:
Registration of candidates: Candidates willing to take part in the placement drive are advised to register themselves with the ITM University Raipur placement cell.
Pre-Placement Talk: Companies/organisations willing to recruit candidates from the institute, visit the campus and interact with the candidates about the working of the company and the job profile offered by them.
Shortlisting of Candidates: Students interested in the job profile are required to apply to the company by sending their CV. The company shortlists the students based on their CV.
Application Test: Shortlisted students have to undertake an application test conducted by the recruiter of the company.
Group Discussions: Students have to appear for group discussions where they have to argue for or against a topic.
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the recruiter of the company.
Job Offer letter: The selected candidates are offered an offer letter and a joining date for them to officially join the company.
