Your question is not very clear to me. Which college application form and procedures you are asking about? I suggest you to comment the name of the so that i can help you if i m aware of it, or you can ask it as a new question so that our members or experts can help you accurately.
Different colleges have different admission procedures, most of colleges application forms are releases on their official websites while few still distribute the application form in offline mode. See both the courses are essentially the same as per the subject is concerned. But there are some fine differences. In BA you have to choose Generic Elective for your First and 2nd year which will essentially be from any subject else. But in BJMC you will have to choose discipline specific papers which will make your foundations regarding your subject stronger. Except from that there are more seats in BA than BJMC. Apart from that the perspective you will learn in the subject is similar.
