Hello
Krishna Menon Memorial Govt.Women's College named after the illustrious son of our country Sri. V.K Krishna Menon is an institution of higher education situated in the ancient town of Kannur, which is the home of looms and lores. The college is affiliated to Kannur University. This institution is primarily meant for the progressive education of young women and it is the only women’s college in the northern part of Kerala extending from Kozhikode to Kasargode. Being an institution in the government sector, the college is committed to serve the economically weaker and the less privileged sections of the society. The college is the virtual realization of the long cherished dream of the service oriented, hard working and progressive citizens of Kannur. In a district which has been declared socially and educationally backward by the government, it was imperative that a women’s college should be started in the public sector to cater to the needs of the increasing number of girls seeking education every year. In the present era of empowerment of women, the socially and economically backward communities of Malabar, which lagged behind in education, necessitated a separate women’s institution. Now it is heartening to note that the women students of minority and backward communities, among others, are blessed with the light of knowledge. This institution came in to existence as a sequel to the untiring efforts of the Cannanore Women’s Education and Welfare Society and other social workers.
Hello Aspirant,
Mechatronics Engineering is the sub-branch of engineering, which mainly focuses on the engineering of both electrical and mechanical systems. It also includes a combination of robotics, electronics, computer, and many other elements that are included in the course. This course on Mechatronics Engineering is very useful as it helps the student study/know more about robotics. The market/consumers these days have high demands resulting in the innovation of more complex products, and in that way, mechatronics engineering is used to integrate complex, electrical and software components.
After completing the course successfully, they can be hired in different job profiles which helps them in getting exposure to different aspects of the course. Some of the job profiles where the candidates can be hired are Mechatronics Architect, Automation Engineer, Research Assistant, and many other job profiles. They get a chance to work at some of the top companies and help them in increasing their work experience by working in companies.

Coming to the KANNUR MEDICAL COLLEGE MEDICAL SEAT, it is too early to predict the admission on 480 marks. But you have also not mentioned about your category
Chances are high if you come under OBC/SC/ST. For General category. you require marks around 540 to get a medical college. If you score less, you may land up in a private college.
I would suggest you to attend all the counselling rounds and wait for the results as marks fluctuate every year around 10 - 20 marks for cut off
ALL THE BEST
hope it helps
