So as per your query, Government Medical College of Anantnag is good for MBBS course. It is a co-educational medical institution and it is considered as one of the best colleges in Jammu and Kashmir.
The college is not an autonomous one, it is affiliated to University of Jammu. It offers MBBS course followed with one year internship. It costs you around INR 48,100 for total 5 years of the course.
The admissions are taken through the merit scored in the NEET exam.

Hope you are doing well,

SKUAST is an entrance exam, full form is Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agriculture Sciences and Technology of Kashmir. This offers full time UG courses with various specializations.

Criteria for this exam are :

Candidates must have qualified higher secondary education 10+2 from a recognized board or university with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as their core subjects.
They must have attained at least 50% aggregate marks (40% for reserved categories)

S KUAST BVSC cut off in Kashmir is as follows,

For General Category candidates : 89 marks

For OBC category candidates : 80-85 marks

For SC/ST category candidates : 71-89 marks
