Yes there is no problem for taking admission in MLT course medical laboratory Technology course if you are from 12th science with physics chemistry biology and English at least 50% marks. MLTi.e. medical laboratory Technology course is of certificate course, diploma course and advanced diploma course. MLT course is of two years in which time plus two science candidate are eligible for taking admission. Number of Institute coronavirus cities take entrance test for this course admission. This course included prevention diagnosis and treatment of diseases through Medical and clinical laboratory examinations and tests.
You can take admission in MLT course in any of the government recognised Institute if you are from 12science category student in anywhere in India including sher-e-kashmir.

---> Caste Category of the students
---> Number of students appeared in the exam
---> Difficulty level of the exam
---> Number of seats available, etc.
You have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.
You have less chances of getting B.Sc Agriculture seat in ICAR in Kashmir for your ICAR rank based on previous year's cut-offs.

The minimum marks in NEET to get into a Veterinary College are 350+ for General category. However you have not specified the state you belong as it varies state to state. In general it ranges between 300–450. If you are applying for an all India quota (15%) then it may increase upto 400 for General category student.

Dear Student,
To take admission in MCA course a candidate must have minimum 60% in in their BCA or B.sc (CSE) or B.sc (IT), or any other computer related degree like B.tech CSE/IT from a recognized university.
As you have BA degree so you are not eligible to take admission in MCA course.

It depends on the number of students who have applied for the course, it's a do and die situation but donot loose hope.
The cut off mark for general category was 685-145. But minimum eligibility criteria for getting admission in Physiotherapy is to pass with total 60% marks in10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology).

Jammu & kashmir counselling take place for 100% seat for domicile state. So usually cut off goes Lower than other state students.
Neet 2020 lowest cut off for Gen category was 508 marks & Air 80124 for Government Medical College and Associated Hospital, Rajouri.
This year cut off may drop due to toughness of paper then last year. There are less chance of getting govt MBBS college but you have chance in BDS govt. College.
