Kcet , NATA and jee main paper 2 based admissions are not related. So, you just have to produce documents from the examination you are using for your admission procedure. You don't need documents from other architectural examinations in the counselling procedure.

Looking at previous year cutoff trends a five digit rank won't give you admission in a top notch college. However there are some colleges whose closing ranks go up to 13000 where you can easily get admission. I suggest you stay till second third round of counseling as seats may go vacant. see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of candidates, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. as per the last years closing score SCR category closing rank for veterinary science is as follows,

as per last year analysis you have less chances. bvsc course tuition  fees is generally ranges from 22k to 60k per years, however it is liable to change in every year.
