Also, the job is quite intersting as well as creative . So in terms of placements also it is averagely good. But if you want a very good number of money then you have to be excellent in the course.

how much marks are required in jee mains paper 2 (barch) too get 99.88 percentile ??

Yash Dev Student Expert 29th Feb, 2020
Hello student you should try to score between 250to to 260 if you're aiming to score 99.88 Percentiles. Predicting exact cut off is difficult as depends on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination.
But our Experts prepare a marks vs percentile chart where you can get an approximate over view of marks with your percentile.
Refer to the link mentioned below

Feel free to comment if you have any doubt
Good luck

Sai Sri Nandan Ch 25th Feb, 2020

Hello,

Cutoffs for various courses in NITs are affected by factors like difficulty level of JEE Main and category of student.

According to your percentile, your rank will fall between 2500-2600.

So yes, there are pretty good chances for you to get admission into NITs.

You can check the following link for cutoff of NITs in B.Arch/B.Planning.

Hello Anushka

The eligibility of a particular candidate is determined by his rank or marks.

You have got quite good score as seeing to your category that is OBC , cut off for ST/ SC and OBC quota are less.

To know which college will go with your percentile, you should know previous year's cut off for different institutes. On the basis of that if you have got more score then you will be able to get admission in that college.

If barch. Marks is good and bplaning is not good then I get college?

Yastika Kumar 14th Feb, 2020

Hi Satish,

There is no case of sectional cutoff in JEE mains paper two. You just need to score more than the required cut for your category. Since the pattern has been changed again this time it is difficult to tell about the expected cutoff but for more information you can refer the below link : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-b-arch-b-planning
