You can definitely write exam for Kerala PSC if you have education qualification of graduation or above.
And are an Indian citizen
You must've Age Limit from 21 – 35 years of age.
The Relaxation for SC and ST period is for five years. For OBC 3 years.
You should possess graduate degree with at least 55% of the marks in any field from any of the University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State
Basic knowledge of Computer Application is required for the exam.

Tamil Nadu open university is obviously approved by Kerala PSC and even Tamil Nadu University is approved by Kerala PSC. IGNOU distance B. Ed programme is recognised by Kerala PSC. Other Distance B. Ed programmes are not recognised by Kerala Public Service Commission. Otherwise minimum 45% - 50% in Class 12 and graduation is the selection criteria.
It has most of the good faculties and well established infrastructure.

You have to check the education qualification requirements, age criteria and additional requirements before applying for a post and apply for the entrance examination if you fulfill the eligibility criteria.

As per the schedule released by the KPSC, the exam will be held on February 20, February 25, March 6, as well as March 13, 2021.The KPSC preliminary exam will be held in four stages.To download the admit card they will have to visit the official website of KPSC - keralapsc.gov.in.

OPJS( Om Prakash Joginder Singh University, Rajasthan Churu) is a state approved university. It is approved by UGC and also the courses they provide are UGC approved.
So any course approved by UGC is acceptable any where in the world. Phd/Degree from OPJS is acceptable by Kerala PSC and is in the equivalency list of Kerala university. You can do higher Education or Job using the degree from OPJS in India or any where in the world
