Yes you can.I am listing beliw the eligibilty criteria for BTech in KL University Guntur-
1. You must sucessfully complete 10+2 in Physics chemistry maths PCM with 60% minimum marks.
2. You must hold a valid test score in either of the following - KLEEE/ JEE-Main / JEE advanced /EAMCET/Uni -Gauge or any state level entrance test.
For Btech +MBA
1. Sucessfully complete 10+2 with minimum 60% marks with PCM/PCB

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that with the above rank scored by you in KLEEE, the chances for you to get a seat in CSE branch would be little difficult as the cutoff keeps varying every year and is differennt for different category students.
However, looking at the last year cutoff trends, the closing cutoff for CSE branch in KLEEE was around 5k. So, you have the little chances to get CSE branch as I said.
The cutoff depends on variety of factors like : previous year question paper, difficulty level of the paper, previous year trends etc.

Yes, you can pursue B.Tech after passing in Andhra Pradesh Open School Society (APOSS). The passing certificate issued by APOSS is valid and such candidates who pass Intermediate from APOSS will be eligible to seek admission in to Higher Education and even eligible for Employment. SO you can apply for admission in to KL University. The eligibility criteria to apply for admission is that you must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with 60% and above in Group subjects. Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10+2 level are eligible for all B.Tech programmes including Bio-Technology. Candidates who have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology in 10+2 level are eligible for B.Tech (Bio Technology) and B.Pharmacy

However there is information about KL College of Agriculture which is affiliated to KL University offering BSc Hons agriculture which is a 4 years duration course but there is no information when it started.
