Ive got 10273 rank in KLEEE 2020 . is it a good rank and am i qualified? which branches can i get ?

Hello.
As KL University is a deemed university so limit for students or total seats are high , now it comes to the your rank so it is more than 10,000, so it would not be considered as a good rank as for getting into top branches you could have at most 1,000 rank but still it comes in average category, in a broad spectrum you may have good chances in EE , ECE , civil engineering and more branches in decreasing order of their demand.
Remember this a probable idea on the basis of previous year records , but still I would suggest you to appear for the counselling and take a proper result , bcz standing with assumptions will always create burden.

I got 4480 rank in klueee exam can I get seat there???

Generally Cutoffs varies from Year to year as it depends upon various factors like, number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of paper, etc.
But if you consider previous cutoffs and compare it with total no. of seats in CSE in guntur Campus then there is a possibility.
Total seat for CSE is around 1600 and previous year they enrolled around 4500 students. So, you can easily get a seat.

i got 1471 in klueee can i get cse in Vijayawada branch

If you consider previous year cutoffs then you can easily get CSE in Guntur Branch. Generally Cutoffs differs from Year to year as it depends upon various factors.
But in general last year students till 4.5k rank got CSE in guntur Campus in normal Quota.
