With this rank you have fair chances of getting admission in KL University. CSE will be a little difficult, but you can get other branches.

how much rank have to get in klu to get seat in cse branch

Basically cutoffs changes each and every Year as it is volatile figure. It depends upon various factors like, Number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of the paper, etc.

But in general if you consider the KLU entrance exam this year then nearly 32k students appeared for the exam. If you want CSE then you will have to get a rank under 6500, then only you can get Guntur Campus. Otherwise you will have choose Hyderabad Campus.

KLEEE 2020 is a University level engineering entrance examination. From all over India, more than 35,000 (35k -40k) students appear for this KLEEE exam every year. Also, b.tech admission in KL University is granted on the basis of KLEEE exam, JEE Main, JEE Advanced, state level engineering entrance exam in India, and merit in sports / cultural activities. The university also accepts Uni-GAUGE score.

The qualifying marks for the entrance exam is 45%. It means if your son gets atleast 72/160, he has qualified in the entrance exam.
Now, with this rank, CSE it little difficult. But he can try for other branches like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Biotechnology.

I'm sorry to inform you that with 32000 rank, it is very difficult to get CSE in KL University. Though the cut-off fluctuates depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of students appearing in it, still it's difficult.
The cutoff rank for CSE is 6000-7000 approximately.

B.tech is a four years undergraduate course in engineering. It has four semester. Without any concession the For b.tech mechanical engineering the fee structure at klu is -

1st year - 240000

Second year - 225,000

Third year - 225,000

Fourth year - 225,000
