As the category wise cut-off NTA score for JEE Advanced for SC candidate is given as 48.88 percentile and you score more than that so you're eligible for giving JEE Advanced. As you are not pretty sure about JEE Advanced you can also get admission with your JEE Mains result. And there's many colleges that you can opt with your rank and category. For the college concern- Both the colleges provide quality education and SKIT Jaipur is affiliated by RTU.

In terms of placements and packages SKIT had the highest package of around 3-4.5 LPA whereas RTU's highest package was around 2-5 LPA.

Also for the year 2019 RTU's JEE cutoff was 89.75 for General category. So this year at your percentile, yo can certainly expect a seat on RTU and SKIT Jaipur as well.

Actually there is no difference between the management quota fees and the counselling student fees. Both the amounts are 48,530/- . The  amounts are  vary from year to year but they are cheap in comparison to most private colleges. The difference between the management and non-management seats are that the management seats are given to medical students who have worked at CMC for some years or they have been sponsored by other church affiliated hospitals. These students will have to serve some bond period of work after the course at these hospitals or may be posted at some peripheral hospitals where medical access to common public is less. This comes from one of the goals of CMC Vellore that they have to reach out to needy in areas where it is most required.

Everything depends on the coaching you've enrolled in, the hostel or PG you've booked for your stay, the mess where you'll be eating, and the usual expenditures you're used to. It might range from 2 to 3 lakhs on average ( considering all kinds of expenses of all varieties).
