You have an extremely good possibility of being accepted into an IIT or NIT if you meet the PwD quota. Compared to other students, you need to achieve far lower marks. For instance, while the general cut-off is approximately 120, the general PwD cut-off is about 20.

I advise you to put your quota aside while preparing and concentrate on your studies. If you successfully completed the Jee Mains and progressed, you will get admitted to a very excellent IIT in your preferred branch.

Last year a candidate with rank 11724  belonging to OBC-NCL category secured admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering in Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT)Kota, Rajasthan. This was the cut off in JoSAA round 6 counselling. Considering the cut off you need to secure a rank around 11000 (OBC-NCL) to have decent chances of getting seat. It is quite difficult to predict the exact percentile to get admission in Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT)Kota, Rajasthan in the preferred course. If you secure 95-97 percentile in JEE Main then you may have decent chances to get seat in Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT)Kota, Rajasthan in the preferred course. There's no  75 % criteria in 12th to be eligible for jee main, so even if your% is less than 75 % you will be eligible for jee main 2023.

Jee main eligibility criteria is given below-

---------------------------) Qualification required :- to be eligible  for JEE mains you need 10+2/equivalent qualification from a recognised board.

-------------------------) Passing year :- one is eligible for JEE main examination for consecutive three years starting from the year of appearing for 12th /equivalent examination i. e to be eligible  for JEE mains 2022 you should be either appearing for 12th board exam or equivalent  in 2022 or should have passed it in 2021 or 2020

-------------------------) There is no age limit to be eligible

-------------------------) there is no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible for JEE Main for BE /Btech.

But yes,

To be eligible for BE/BTech  in NITs, IIITs, CFTIs one needs at least 75% marks in class 12th if belongs to General or OBC category  or at least 65% marks in class 12th if belongs to Sc or St category or needs to be in top 20 percentile of their board examination.

IMPORTANT NOTE :-  This minimum percentage barrier of 75 % - 65% for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs  has been lifted off for jee main 2022 . It means to be eligible all you need to be eligible is to have at least passed 12th .

To be eligible for NITs etc in 2023 what you can do is give 12th improvement examination in order to get 75 % or more so that even if 75 % criteria returns in 2023 you will be eligible for NITs etc .
