Hi,
According to your marks of 400 , getting a seat in the government medical colleges is not possible. But as you belong to the ST category and also belong the union territories where the cutoff goes quite lower, you might have good chances of getting a good college for MBBS in Ladakh. You may as well try for both government and private medical colleges. Hoping for the best. For more information refer to

Hi aspirant,
Candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh need to click the ‘No’ option for the self-declaration form as their state of eligibility while filling the NEET application form 2021. If you have chosen Yes that means that you are declaring that you would not be considered for JK & Ladakh MBBS/BDS seats. It is important to note that there are no AIQ seats in Jammu and kashmir and Ladakh.
In case you need to know more about the same, visit J & K NEET Application Form 2021, Registration - Dates, How to fill online, Eligibility (careers360.com)

Hello aspirant,
You may have a chance to get a seat in lower NITs like Agartala, Hamirpur, Puducherry, Silchar and likewise.....you can try there
To get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs, GFTI colleges, candidates need to register for JoSAA counseling.
For JoSAA candidate's category rank will be considered. In these colleges there are limited seats for a particular category in any branch.
You can also try in special Rounds of CSAB counselling after JoSAA counselling...

With this much percentage it is difficult for you to get admission in any of the college on the basis of your merit intermediate marks. However, you can go for entrance examination based admission in the colleges.
When you give entrance exam your 12th class marks are combined with it (in some of the courses) and you will be admitted to the college you want.
Please mention which you course you are thinking to pursue so that i can provide a detail information regarding it.
Regards.
As you have mentioned that you are from Jammu and Kashmir and you have passed only class 10th from Rajasthan so to get admission under Rajasthan domicile you must have been the resident of Rajasthan for at least 10 years but you do not fulfil this so you have to register for CSAB Counselling under J&K domicile only.
For complete details about CSAB Counselling kindly check out the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.
