if we want to leave this college after one year is there any bond we have to pay ? or what could be the penalty if we do so like do we have to submit whole 5.5 year fee or any other bond?

piyush263001 12th Feb, 2022

Hello,

-----Your profile suggests you are from Uttar Pradesh.

------ Since you haven't mentioned the college for which you are seeking Bond Details if it is Private Medical College or Government Medical College, I would consider it to be GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE.

------- Now if you go by the Information Brochure available on the NEET counseling website for Uttar Pradesh, it states Student will have to pay Rs 10 Lakh to be released from the bond.

------ I would advise you to contact the Counseling authorities for complete and unambiguous information.

I hope you find the answer helpful.

Thank you.

if I get a college in ayush counselling 2nd round and I take admission and then in next round or mop up round or stray vacancy round if I get a seat in mbbs bds in state or mcc counselling neet ug can I take admission in mbbs or bds and leave ayush seat

maaztauquir24 10th Feb, 2022

Hi reader ,

if you are alloted a seat in round 2 of AYUSH counselling and you wish to participate in mopup round or stray vacancy round of MCC  for admission in MBBS/BDS courses then you need to resign from the college 3 days before beginning of round third.

the brochure of AACCC states that

. Candidate, admitted through 2nd Round, shall be eligible for further counseling if he/she resigns /leaves the seat with forfeiture of Security money, 3 days prior to commencement of 3 rd Round.

i hope this helps

for knowing your chances of getting a college you can refer

I want to study but i am unable to leave the phone and social media please advice me...

Moumoyee Chakraborty 9th Feb, 2022

Dear applicant the situation which you are facing at this moment seemed to be everyone's issue now-a-days. See it is totally upto you whether you want to have a bright career or not, if so then keep one thing in mind don't be addicted to anything at this stage of your career. If you have some free time and wish to refresh your time then your exposure to social media should not exceed over 10-20 minutes, rest all the time think of the chapters that you have already covered. Unless you have the strong desire to overcome your addiction, you career graph will decline.

Hope it helps!!!

I am selected in bams deemed college of Maharashtra in first round can I leave seat after 2nd or 3rd round ?

Anurag Khanna 6th Feb, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

See if you have been allotted a BAMS seat in round 1st of NEET UG counselling then you can either join it or apply for an upgradation so if you join it then you cannot appear for further rounds of counselling but in case if you apply for an upgradation then in 2nd round if you get an upgraded seat then seat allotted in round 1st will be automatically cancelled but if you would not get an upgraded seat in round 2nd then you can join the seat allotted in round 1st. So the case that you have mentioned is not possible in anyways because once you join the allotted seat then you become ineligible for any further round of counselling.

Is it too risky to leave an allotted seat I get in NEET UG AIQ round1 counselling? I might get a better option in State Quota or NEET UG AIQ round2 counselling. If I take admission, what original documents will the college hold back? Will the bond be effective? Im too confused.

Anurag Khanna 3rd Feb, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

Don't worry, I got an option for you. What you can do is, apply for upgradation in round 2nd and if you get an upgraded seat in round 2nd then you can join that seat and seat allotted in round 1st will automatically be cancelled and in case if you do not get any seat in round 2nd then you can definitely retain the seat allotted to you in round 1st.

Can I leave my mbbs seat (govt.) in Uttar Pradesh? Will there be any legal issues?

Karishma Sawhney 3rd Feb, 2022

Hello aspirant,

No, there will be no legal issues if you leave your seat in Uttar Pradesh government college. However, if you chose to free exit, you will not be refunded your demand draft of Rs. 30,000 which you earlier submitted at the chosen nodal centre. If you leave in between the course, you will have to pay a penalty by paying the 5 year course fee to the college.

Hope it helps!

will I have to pay full fee if I leave private bams college after one year in up if I will get mbbs ?

sayalimulge17 2nd Feb, 2022
Hello dear candidate,

Hope you are doing well,

Yes, you can definitely leave BAMS and if you want to, you will have to drop that year and start from fresh in MBBS that is from 1st semester itself.
You can't migrate from BAMS to MBBS directly, So, as this will be fresh start in MBBS. There will be no sort of penalty as such.
And, If you are transferring your degree from BAMS to MBBS in the same college or university, then certain rules of University will occur as program exchange fee or some sort of thing which varies from college to college.

If you are changing your course within the college only, then you can enquire the formalities from the college as well.

But if you are pursing a fresh MBBS from different university or college, then your one year of BAMS will be dropped, else no such fine will take place most probably.

Hope this would help you,

Thank you.
