Seat availability for second counselling depends on the college and previous rounds. You need to check the official counselling website for updated vacancy lists and allotment schedules.
Hello,
Scoring 219 out of 500 in CUET and belonging to the OBC category with Madhya Pradesh domicile it's gives you a chance for admission in BA LLB, especially in state-level universities and also in the private colleges that accept CUET scores. But you'll get admission depends on a few things:The cutoff marks set by the college/university were you're applying to, Your category (OBC) and state quota (MP domicile), The number of seats available in the BA LLB program at that institute, and the preference order you had selected.
If you're aiming for top central universities or national law schools, then this score might not be enough. But many state universities and private institutions keep their cutoffs lower, in later counselling rounds. I checked some MP-based universities last year and their cutoffs for OBC were around 200–240, depending on the college. Make sure you take part in the counselling rounds, keep documents ready, and stay updated with the seat allotment updates. If you don’t get into any university in the first round, you may still have a chance in the second or spot rounds, where cutoffs often go lower.

Given your GAT score of 91/250 and English score of 127/250, securing admission in BA.LLB or BBA.LLB at the universities listed, Central University of Punjab, Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU), Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya (GGV), or Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, seems improbable.
For example, the BA LLB cutoff for the OBC category at Central University of Punjab in 2024 was approximately 88–101 CUET marks (out of 200). Since CUET is graded out of approximately 200 and your total scores result in a lower percentile, you fall below the usual cutoff.
At HNBGU, the cutoff marks for the general category in LLB in prior years have been approximately 168 CUET, with marginally lower limits for OBC, yet still higher than your score range. Details regarding GGV are scarce; nonetheless, its BA LLB cutoff probably matches or exceeds HNBGU’s slightly, according to past patterns. Ultimately, Dr. Hari Singh Gour University often features even higher competitive cutoffs, particularly for integrated law courses.
Hope this helps. All the best!
