As per the BCI guidelines, one could pursue LLM if he/she has completed his 5year integrated BA LLB or BBA LLB or 3years LLB course from a recognized university. The specific subject taught should not be a problem if you don't have that subject in your curriculum. You could still pursue LLM in IP laws.

In order get admission to pursue LLM it is better you can give the CLAT LLM Examination rather than any state exams, as because CLAT IS a nation law entrance test which you can have chances to enter into best national universities. For admission to 5-year LLB and LLM programmes, the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is administered. Candidates may register for CLAT LLM and submit their applications online through November 12, 2022, at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. On December 18, 2022, the online version of the CLAT LLM 2023 will take place.
The 19 national law universities will accept CLAT scores for admission to the one-year LLM programme. Before submitting an application, candidates must meet the CLAT eligibility requirements for 2023 in order to be considered for the national level law entrance exam.
