Hi
It is difficult to make prediction as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available
------------) the category you are from etc
Anyway,
when we go through previous year trends
>>>>>> With 270 marks,
You have low chances for mbbs in government colleges
Even for Government quota MBBS seat in private medical colleges your chances are low
For example,
in NEET 2019 , the lowest marks that got Government quota MBBS seat in a private medical colleges under MP state quota was 324 marks and it was for amaltas Institute of Medical Sciences you can check the same
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-mp/amp
You can try for management quota seats in private medical colleges
Also,
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their cut off marks in neet 2020,2nd round all india counselling conducted for 100 % deemed university seats :-
----------) Saveetha Medical College, Chennai:- 265 marks,

----------) Krishna Institute of Medical Sc., Karad:- 253 marks
----------) JLN Medical College, Datta Meghe, Wardha:- 239 marks

NEET 2021 results have been declared by the National Testing Agency NTA.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
NEET 2021 Cut-off goes like :-
• General /EWS- 50th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile
• General-PwD - 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile
Marks wise cut off is as following-
• General - 720-138
• OBC/SC/ST - 137-108
• Gen PwD - 137-122
• (OBC /SC / ST ) PwD - 121-108
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs have increased compared to last year.
