Hey Roopal
You will only get reservation if you are applying for Central body University and for that you need to generate domicile certificate. Otherwise you will not get any reservation in state/private University and so there is no need of generating domicile certificate.

Jaypee-Guna has the best campus among all jaypee colleges in terms of infrastructure followed by JIIT and JUIT. Whereas in terms of serenity jaypee-Solan is the best. If we talk Academically then it's
JIIT>JUIT>JUET>JU
However, you should also consider your stream while choosing for these colleges as Jaypee-Solan has higher ranking for Placements and academics in some btevh streams as compared to Jaypee-Guna.
The best options for you regarding pursuing BA-LLB from government colleges in terms of infrastructure, faculty, academics etc, are National Law Institute University(Bhopal) and NLU Dharmashastra National Law University for both of which admission is done through CLAT, and application form is open till 15th June, if you're interested you can apply at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/, other than this there are Devi Ahilya Viswavidyalaya(Indore), DHSGSU Sagar- Dr Hari Singh Gour Viswavidyalaya, Jiwaji University, Barkatullah University etc, to know more details regarding this, visit our page at https://law.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-law-colleges-in-india?state=Madhya%20Pradesh&ownership=Public/Government°ree=B.A.%20L.L.B
