for preparation of 12 maharashtra board exam the NCERT books are necessary?

sahilschavans63 26th Mar, 2021
Hi aspirant,
As you are from state board of Maharashtra (HSC) you don't require NCERT books for your board exams. But if you are aiming to give NEET or JEE or even CET then definitely you will require NCERT books for thorough study. Hence it is always suggested that don't confuse yourself between books for board exams. Use only those which you are asserted by your school teachers.
All the best.

lakshita shaan 17th Jul, 2020

hey,

i hope you are doing well, sorry to say but of you have not cleared your PCB group that means if you have not cleared your physics , chemistry and biology subjects then  you are not eligible for not only for B.Sc but also not for any stream of BS.c  as the basic eligibility to do BS.c is candidate must have completed their 10+2 from recognized board with science streams

hope this helps !

If I got 120 marks in pcb group in hsc Maharashtra board exam and 550 marks in neet then can I get mbbs seat in Maharashtra GMC if I belongs to OBC category? PLEASE TELL ME

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 29th May, 2020

Hi

With 120 marks i.e 40% in PCB you are eligible for Neet examination as you belong to onc category.

This is because,
as per eligibility criteria only 40% in PCB is required for OBC category to be eligible and you fulfill this

It's quite difficult to say whether will get a seat in government medical college or not with 550 marks as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But yes as per previous year trends you may get a seat in Government Medical College under Maharashtra State quota for OBC category with 550 marks.

For example,
In neet 2019,  535 marks got a seat in Government Medical College, Gondia under Maharashtra State quota for OBC category.
