Hello aspirant,

Yes, you are free to enrol in the course. Some institutions enable students to choose a major and a minor. You have the option to choose mathematics as a major and statistics as a minor subject. A dual/triple science degree is available at several colleges. In this situation, you'll receive a dual or triple bachelor's degree in science.

after getting selected for a triple major course can i change one of my three majors into another subject

Rajni 17th Apr, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well...!!!

Triple major courses are available in India at some of the universities and autonomous colleges. The degrees available are History, Economics, politics, sociology, journalism, phycology, computer animation, English, and communicative English. The combination can change major up to the colleges. So many candidates are dropping their two major subjects. And go for an honors degree. So if you want to change the subject then you can talk to your college and apply for the change.

I hope this information helps you!

All the best:)

Sumedha Bhattacharya 27th May, 2022

Dear Student ,

Yes , It's possible .. but only on the basis of individual college's requirement .Some colleges may take admission only on the basis of who have taken BSW or BA in Social Work in their Graduation .

Well, in Distance learning program , you can opt MSW without any restriction regarding graduation topic .

Like, in IGNOU, you can easily opt Master in Social Work Prog .

you can check their official website for more details :

Can you please help me out with the marks section in CUET? I have passed my Class 10th from an ICSE school. So should I enter the marks according to the Best Of Five or aggregate of the all the six major subjects?

Nisha yadav 16th Jun, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Regarding marks section for CUET exam if you get one answer correct then you get 5 marks and for one incorrect answer you deduct one mark due to negative marking.

Fir your aggregate subject details, people usually prefer to show only the subjects which shows their highest marks and strengths but if you upload your all subjects then it shows you knowledge in wide range and different subjects.

If you want to want to make a strong impact on basis of your marks then you can show only the 5 main aggregate subject with high scores but if you want to show your knowledge in various fields then you upload whole 6 aggregate subjects.

Thank you,

Hope you find it helpful.

Hi this is Anurag I have completed my MBA major Marketing and minor Finance but due to covide I lost my Job which is provided by my collage during placement but know I got an opportunity in HR domain I am working last 6 months. My Question is can get better opportunity or better growth in HR domain.

Moumoyee Chakraborty 6th Apr, 2022

Hello candidate!!

It's good that you are being associated with a company and doing a job currently. Now coming to the pandemic, not only you many other people across the world have lost their jobs. Always remember the field in which you have your MBA, marketing, it is indeed helpful, worthy and will remain so. Even if your career graph is showing a slow phase at this time but keep on trying for different Multinational Companies and you will make it in the future. Also if you decide stay in the same company, this will work too, you can get promotion in few years which will boost up your pay scale.

Hope it helps!!!

I have decided to decided to take a drop for class 11th. Because of COVID and Major health issues. WEST BENGAL BOARD. WISH ME LUCK.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 15th Mar, 2022

Hi Arpit

Can understand your situation, having personally gone through the similar condition.

Always remember health is the most important thing and it can't be compromised for anything. So, if you have any serious health issues then it's completely to take a break from your studies.

So, you can definitely take a drop in your 11th. But still try to  keep yourself in touch with studies .

For example,

If you can't seat and study with pen & paper due to health issues then simply watch video lectures so that when you restart your studies , you don't face any problem.

Get well soon:)

Wishing you all the best for your future endeavours and for a bright career ahead....:))
