In CBSE board marks is calculated on the basis of best of five subjects including English is mandatory.you have one optional subject the marks of that additional subject are considered if you score higher in this subject than other subjects but you cant replace it with English,Their marks can be mentioned separately on the mark sheet but are not included in the percentage calculation.
Since you graduated with a BCA , the major group subject you should mention in your AP ICET application form would be Computer Science/Computer Applications.
