For BTech student in placement service registration number which is in NSR registration number which is also called as ITPIN also is  issued for every registered profile or candidates proper id identification through online placement interviews. This number or  registration number is the number which cannot be used by the specific person only but not by  any candidate for their placement service facilities. So the integrity of registration card in placement service is  inevitable.

The education qualification required for GATE:

• Candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject.
• Candidates in pre-final or final year of their qualifying degree also eligible to appear for GATE 2022
• Candidates who have obtained/are pursuing their qualifying degree from countries other than India: Must be currently in the 3rd or higher years or completed their Bachelor’s degree (duration: at least 3 years) in Engineering / Technology / Science / Arts / Commerce.

Two basic criteria for GATE examinations are as follows:

• Candidates must have passed graduation in engineering/technology or Master’s degree in any relevant science subject.
• Candidates in pre-final or final year of their qualifying degree are also eligible to appear for GATE.

Now, there are other criteria as well which you can check by by clicking here . But mostly you'll fulfil them. If you fulfil the above-mentioned criteria as well, you can very well appear for the GATE Exam. Passing your B.Tech from Techno Batanagar wouldn't affect you giving GATE.

Hello, Shuvradipta. Firstly, Congratulations for successfully clearing WBJEE and achieving such a wonderful result in the exam. Your GMR as well as TFW ranks are pretty good and you do not need to worry much thinking about whether you will get chance at any of the colleges that you desire to study. Considering the General Quota seats , there is a pretty good opportunity for you to get chance in getting admission at Institute of Engineering and Management, Kolkata; Heritage Institute of Technology as well as Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.

However, it is less likely for you to be eligible for B.Tech in Information Technology at IEM and Heritage Institute of Technology. Although, you may get opportunity to study B.Tech in Information Technology in MAKAUT .
