Is there any management quota for BAMS programme

Sajal Trivedi 1st Jun, 2025

Hello aspirant,

This choice is mostly offered by private MBBS medical schools, where spots are only available to applicants who are prepared to pay a higher tuition.  Even with the lowest NEET score, direct MBBS admission through management quota is the best option for admission.
According to the Central Council of Indian Medicine's (CCIM) notification, any private BAMS college may use 15% of the total number of seats available for direct admission.  Therefore, there should be no hesitancy in using the management quota for BAMS admission.

Thank you

resp. management if i havent fill the kurukshetra university in my preference list at the time of applyinv application form, may I apply for admission in kurukshetra university for BSc BEd ncet itep 2025 course? kindly inform me as soon as possible thank you

Prachi Kumari 28th May, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can still apply for admission to the BSc BEd ITEP course at Kurukshetra University for 2025, even if you didn’t include it in your preference list during the NCET application.

After the NCET results come out, universities will start their counselling and admission process based on the scores. You can apply directly to Kurukshetra University when their admission process begins. If you meet the eligibility criteria and seats are available, you may get admission.

However, not including the university in your preference list might reduce your chances if seats get filled early in counselling. So, it’s best to apply as soon as the university opens its admission process and check all eligibility rules carefully.

Hope it helps !

Minimum marks required to get management quota seat for MBBS in ahmedabad

sadafreen356 28th May, 2025

To secure a management quota seat for MBBS in Ahmedabad, you generally need to qualify for NEET-UG and meet the minimum eligibility criteria, which includes a 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology in your 12th board exams (general category). Additionally, you must have passed each of these subjects individually. While specific cut-off marks for management quota seats can vary between colleges and years, a strong NEET-UG score is essential for securing admission.

Elaboration:

NEET-UG Qualification:

You must qualify for NEET-UG, the national entrance exam for medical admissions.

12th Board Marks:

General category candidates typically need a 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology in their 12th (or equivalent) exams. Reserved categories may have a lower minimum requirement.

Individual Subject Pass:

You need to have passed each of the core subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English) individually in your 12th board exams.

Management Quota:

Management quota seats are offered by private medical colleges and deemed universities, often at a higher fee structure than the regular quota.

Factors Affecting Cutoff:

The specific NEET-UG score required for a management quota seat in Ahmedabad can vary based on the college, the number of seats available, and the competition.

Counseling:

After qualifying for NEET-UG and meeting the eligibility criteria, you'll need to participate in the counseling process for admission.
