According to your marks your marks is low to get seat in Manipal University with any branch. According to previous year cutoff,  To get seat in Manipal University you need to score at least in 140 marks. You will get less than 140 marks at this marks it is quite difficult to seat in MIT Jaipur or MIT Manipal. Cutoff may vary every year it depend on some factor like Number of student appear in the exam, number of student qualify the exam, previous year cutoff and difficulty level of exam You will try in the 5th or 6th round, I hope be you will get  admission in 5th or 6th round.

Thapar University very good institute in in with grid. There are about 7 engineering courses including bachelor of engineering in civil engineering.

The faculties are very good and to help always. Well labs are equipped with modern things. The total fees is near about 13 lakh. On the other hand, MIT Manipal is also one of the best colleges in karnataka . The civil engineering course here costs about 16 lakh. all the both of colleges are very good by my advice is that you should go for Thapar university because it has higher rate of placement and the fees is lower also.

I hope you are doing good . I would glad to tell you that at your percentile you holds very high chances of getting admission in manipal insitute of technology. From recent year cut off generally goes around 95percentile in last rounds but you will get seat in first round only without you obc category  But try to secure fees at the time of counsellingn asap by depositing the fees
