Yes, the rank list for MET 2020 is prepared based on marks in MET entrance test and marks scored in class 12 examination. 60 percent weightage is given for marks scored in MET 2020 and 40 percent weightage is given for marks scored in class 12. Rank is determined by adding the weightage. MET 2020 rank list is released by the authorities today. You need to login with your application number in the admission portal to check the rank list.

In 2019 All India cut off rank for Computer Science Engineering in Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal was 1113 and for Manipal University, Jaipur it was 8760. We cannot predict your rank now as it depends on number of candidates appeared and highest score in the exam. You need to secure a rank below 8,000 to have decent chances of getting seat in CSE. Cut off changes every year depending on number of seats available, number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam etc.
I have got 241 marks in MIT Manipal entrance test and 2020 and 90.8 average PCME, what rank can I expect in Manipal MIT.
The rank prediction is hard for met since it is difficult to predict anything. The scoring system has also changed in 2019

Manipal academy of higher education will release cut-off or meirt list for MET 2020 on August 18th. Merit list will contain the name of selected candidates. Rank will be decided on the basis of marks scored in MET as well as in higher secondary education.

i heard that mit,manipal have a program where we can achieve a btech degree by studying for 2 years in manipal & two years in a foreign University .also known, that the admissions are done on basis of 12 & 10 marks i got low marks in 12 but comes just above the eligibilty,will it be waste of money
Basically ICAS ( International center for Applied Sciences ) is one of the smallest bodies of Manipal University. Many Students do confuse it to be a part of MIT, but it isn't.
I would suggest you to please do not take up this program. If you want to go abroad for your studies and try for MS after your General B.tech from Manipal or any other University you want to take admission in.
