According, to AICTE approval there will be only one exam to give admissions in engineering program including state level and private level colleges except IITs. You can prepare according to CBSE syllabus for 2018.

For Manipal engineering college it's very hard to give the exact fee structure untill and unless you are particular about the branch the course fees almost varies from 7lacs to 12 lacs plus they also give scholarship based the examination they conduct and for hostel too they have different varieties of hostel options and the price varies according.
