i got BTech hons in cse in manipal jaipur MUJ. please help me understand that it is good, i want to believe but it is expensive. is it worth it. please help

Srija Mitra 11th Sep, 2021

Hi,

MUJ offers placement opportunities to almost 100% of its students. The average salary offered is around INR 4 to 7 LPA. The highest package offered can be around INR 30 to 42 LPA provided by companies like Microsoft. MNCs like Dell, Vivo, Microsoft come here for placements. Internship opportunities are very less here.

Since it's a private college so the infrastructure is great with proper classrooms, good WiFi facility, spacious hostels, well-equipped labs, playgrounds, etc.

The faculty is apparently very supportive & helpful. They are well experienced & imparts good education to students.

So, the long & short of this answer is that the college is worth your money & you can definitely opt for this college without any hesitation.

Hope this helps.

I got seat in manipal University, Information technology but nw I want to change Tha branch to artificial intiligence is it possible

Aditya 27th Aug, 2021

Hi aspirant,

Yes, the mentioned scenario is possible but not through the counselling now as no requests for change in allotted branch shall be entertained. There is a feature or system called Branch upgradation whose forms are released after the conclusion of first and second semesters respectively. The details and entire procedure regarding the same will be shared on your mail. You can fill the choices according to your preference and depending upon the number of seats available in a particular branch vs the number of applicants for that particular branch, a cut off cgpa is decided. Remember the number of migrants allowed is a specific percentage of total strength in that program.

The cutoffs for CSE and IT branches including artificial intelligence are quite high but can be achieved by hard work and dedication.

Hope it helps!!
