I assume you are asking about eligibility criteria of masters courses in psychology in manipal university, manipal university offers msc courses on clinical psychology , duration of 2 years, eligibility criteria is candidate must have Bachelor degree from a UGC /AIU recognized University with 50% aggregate marks and must have studied psychology or any related course (Child psychology, psychiatry, educational psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, etc.) as one of the papers is eligible. since you have psychology as an additional subject you are eligible to apply. for more entrance exam related details follow the below link,

see manipal university offers admission on ug courses in various domain, howeevr admission is based on entrance test conducts by manipal university. now for btech courses admission is possible by jee main score or sat score or 12th score if seats are not fully filled by met entrance test counselling. however you may follow the below link to know in details,
